To ensure the effective implementation, integration, and maintenance of the Digital Hub for Institutions (DHI), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Learning Management System (LMS) to support academic and administrative efficiency and enhance the digital learning experience of students and faculty.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation and smooth functioning of DHI, ERP, and LMS platforms.
Train faculty, staff, and students on the usage and best practices of ERP and LMS modules.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to platform accessibility, data upload, and user accounts.
Ensure timely updates of academic content, timetables, attendance, internal marks, and course materials.
Collaborate with IT support and software vendors for system enhancements, integrations, and data backups.
Maintain logs and documentation of platform usage, issues, updates, and feedback.

Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional and university digital policies.
Align digital systems with Bangalore University's mandates for academic processes and reporting.
Regularly evaluate system performance and user satisfaction through feedback and analytics.
Promote digital literacy and ensure inclusive access to all stakeholders.
Enable seamless integration between ERP (admin operations) and LMS (academic delivery).
Protocols to be Followed
Use the DHI/ERP/LMS Committee seal on all official correspondence, user manuals, and reports.
Conduct orientation programs for new users (faculty, staff, and students) at the beginning of every academic year or semester.
Upload the academic calendar, timetable, course content, internal assessment marks, and attendance as per institutional deadlines.
Ensure proper account creation and role assignment (admin, teacher, student) in coordination with the IT Cell.
Submit monthly reports on system usage, technical issues, and resolutions to the Principal and IQAC by the 5th of every month.
Conduct periodic audits of ERP and LMS data for accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate coordination between ERP for administrative records (admissions, fees, HR, library, etc.) and LMS for academic delivery (notes, assignments, quizzes, etc.).
Organize workshops and refresher training sessions every semester for continuous digital enablement.
Prepare semester-wise impact reports showcasing improvements in digital adoption and efficiency.
Report system failures, bugs, or misuse immediately to the management and software provider for corrective action.
